Really great tips Robert! I started writing on Medium in September, but only started taking it seriously this month. I mainly like to write about arts and culture, but also talk a bit about burnout and the journey from Medicine into the creative sphere. 100 followers seems like such a challenge especially as some of my topics can be a bit niche.
